The terminal is located at the south of the 1st inner basin, opposite the general cargo berths to the north. It comprises of three berths with depth alongside of 14 metres capable of accommodating vessels up to 55,000 DWT. The terminal which was commissioned in 2000 is used for the handling of dry bulk cargoes.
